To become an ACPI 3.0 specification adopter, you must send two signed originals of the ACPI 3.0 Adopters Agreement to the SIG secretary at the address listed in the agreement. The adopters agreement can be downloaded here:

When you do this you may choose to have us publish your company's name on this site as an adopter of ACPI.
SIG Secretary
Microsoft's Tony Pierce is the ACPI SIG secretary. Two signed originals of the ACPI 3.0 Adopters Agreement must be sent to him. His contact information is below. FAX is the PREFERRED and most expedient means to send signed agreements.
