The Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) specification was developed to establish industry common interfaces enabling robust operating system (OS)-directed motherboard device configuration and power management of both devices and entire systems. ACPI is the key element in Operating System-directed configuration and Power Management (OSPM).

The ACPI specification contains external references that are often-times associated with web site links that change over time. In order to better manage this issue, this following collection of references was constructed so that all of the links used in the ACPI specification are accumulated in a single document, and if we become aware that a link changes, this page will simply be updated in lieu of creating a new version of the ACPI spec to fix dead links.
